Our Story

The Inn is part century home (100+) and part new addition (2002). We purchased the inn summer of 2008 with great hopes of running a modern, comfortable and successful Bed and Breakfast.

We opened our doors and welcomed in guests the summer of 2009 after an extensive renovation and update to the kitchen and dining room. We had chosen two rooms initially to offer guests.

Prior to purchasing we did quite a bit of traveling all across Canada. We noticed that there was a lot left to be desired at the big box hotels but did appreciate some of the amenities and conveniences that they provided compared to smaller establishments. So with this in mind we chose to very thoughtfully decorate, furnish and stock our rooms to ensure our guests comfort was first and foremost and had everything a weary traveler might want. Over the next few years we lovingly updated the remaining 6 rooms. In 2015 we were proud to confidently offer all 8 rooms.

As the business has grown so has our family. We are blessed to have 5 girls and 2 boys. We love what we do and all the children greatly enjoy meeting our guests from around the world. We look forward to welcoming you into our home. May you enter as guests and leave as friends.
